Position: Construction Site Manager

• Oversee daily construction activities on-site

• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

• Monitor project timelines and budgets

Requirements:

Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Bulawayo
Type: Intern

Role Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to help us deliver value-driven construction solutions. You’ll be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, procurement planning, and financial reporting throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities

• Monitor project budgets and manage variations

• Collaborate with engineers and contractors for accurate costing

• Assist with tendering and contract administration

• Generate progress and cost reports for management

Requirements:

• Currently studying in a related field

Position: Skilled Bricklayer
Location: Various sites in Bulawayo and surrounding areas
Type: Project-Based

Role Overview:
We are hiring experienced bricklayers to join our field teams. This role is ideal for skilled tradespeople who take pride in precision, strength, and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry units to specification

• Read and interpret building plans and blueprints

• Mix mortar and ensure accurate alignment and levels

• Work as part of a team under site supervisors

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• Proven bricklaying experience

• Ability to work on both residential and commercial projects

• Strong physical fitness and attention to detail

• Own tools and PPE are an advantage
